Frequently Asked Questions

What is the service like?

You can expect a welcoming atmosphere, meaningful music, and a practical message about the hope we have in Jesus. Whether you’re new to church or have been attending for years, our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable and encouraged.

How long is the Easter service?

Our Easter services last about 60 minutes and include uplifting worship music and a hope-filled message centered on the resurrection of Jesus.

What should I wear?

We don’t have a dress code. You’ll see people dressed in a wide range of styles—from casual to more traditional—so we encourage you to come as you are and wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Our hope is that you feel welcomed, relaxed, and free to focus on celebrating Easter and the hope we have in Jesus.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving about 20 minutes early so you have time to park, grab a cup of coffee, and find a seat before the service begins. If you’re checking in kids, you may want to allow a few extra minutes to get them settled into their environment.

For service times and directions, click HERE.

Where should I park?

Our parking team will be ready to welcome you and help you find a spot when you arrive. Guest parking is available near the Main Lobby, and volunteers will guide you to the closest available space to make your visit as easy as possible.

Do you offer live translation?

Yes! We are one church in many languages, and we’ve invested in a resource that allows you to hear live translation during our services. All you need is your personal phone and a pair of headphones to listen in.

You can access the translation experience through the Church360 app HERE. Our hope is that you can fully understand and engage with the message, no matter your preferred language.

What is available for my kids?

Kids360 programming is available during each of our Easter Weekend services! Our Kids Ministry provides a fun, safe, and engaging environment where your kids can play, connect with caring leaders, worship through singing, and learn biblical truth in age-appropriate spaces.

Birth – 2 Years Old care is located in the Main Building at the South Entrance.

3 years – 6th Grade programming is located in the Kids Building.

Special Needs programming for ages 4 years old to 12 years old is available in the Kids Building during our 8:30 & 10 A.M. Sunday services.

If it’s your first time with us, you can pre-register your family HERE. for a faster check-in experience.

What can my student expect at Easter?

Students360 programming for 7th – 12th Grade is available on Sunday during the 10 A.M. service in the Student Building. The Student Ministry is passionate about guiding middle and high school students as they navigate the challenges of adolescence, deepen their faith, and build authentic relationships with each other.

Special Needs programming for ages 13+ is available upstairs in the UNlimited Room of the Main Building during the 10 A.M. service.

What is available for our UNlimited community?

We are honored to offer dedicated environments designed to support individuals with special needs and help every family fully participate in Easter Weekend.

For children ages 4–12, Special Needs programming is available in the Kids Building during our 8:30 and 10:00 A.M. services. Our trained team creates a safe, engaging space where kids can learn about Jesus in a way that fits their needs.

For students and adults ages 13 and up, programming is available in the UNLimited Room upstairs in the Main Building during the 10 A.M. service. This environment is designed to provide meaningful connection, worship, and support.

If you have specific questions or would like to let us know how we can best serve your family, we’d love to help. Our team is here to make your Easter experience welcoming and comfortable.

Can my kids sit in service with me?

Absolutely! Our Easter services are designed to be a welcoming, family-friendly experience, and we love having kids join their parents in the service.

We also offer engaging, age-appropriate environments for kids if you’d like them to attend a class during the service. And for families who may need a little extra flexibility, we have a Family Room available, outfitted with small games and activities to help kids stay comfortable while you still participate in the service.

Either way, we’re excited to help your whole family celebrate Easter together.

Will the services be available online?

Yes! You can join us online every weekend HERE. Our online campus is a meaningful part of our church family, and we love connecting with those who worship with us from home or from anywhere in the world.

Our online services include live chat hosts who would love to connect with you, pray for you, and help you take your next step.

Will there be baptisms at Easter?

While our next Baptism Weekend is happening the weekend after Easter on April 12, the water is always warm and ready for anyone who wants to take that step of faith at any of our Easter services.

If you’ve already decided to be baptized, we encourage you to register for our upcoming Baptism Weekend so your church family can come around you and celebrate in a big way. But if God moves in your heart during an Easter service, you don’t have to wait. Our team will be ready to pray with you, walk alongside you, and provide everything you need — including a change of clothes, towels, and a private place to change.

There’s no better time to celebrate new life than Easter, and we would love to celebrate this powerful moment with you as we rejoice in the risen King, Jesus Christ.

What if I would like someone to pray with me?

Members of our team will be available after every service at the front of the Worship Center and in the Main Lobby if you’d like prayer or want to talk about what God may be doing in your life.

I’m new — how do I get connected?

We’re so glad you’re here! Stop by the Welcome Center in our Main Lobby after the service to receive a special gift and meet someone from our team. You can also visit church360.com to learn more about next steps, groups, and ways to get involved. We would love to help you find your place here.

What happens if a service fills up?

If a service begins to fill up, our team will do everything they can to help you find a seat in the Worship Center. If we’re unable to find space there, we’ll guide you to our comfortable and easily accessible overflow seating area located on Level One of the Main Building, where you can still fully experience the Easter service.
